The consistent pattern of underrepresentation across these sectors highlight the need for proactive governmental measures, mentorship programs, and targeted initiatives are required to foster and elevate Australians from caste-oppressed backgrounds into leadership roles, ensuring a more comprehensive and inclusive representation across the nation’s institutions
